So I can mirror YouTube no problem. But when I try to mirror free video from Global TV, it plays fine on my MBP, but I get only audio the second I switch to mirroring. Is this some sort of limitation imposed by the broadcaster? I have done searches and troubleshooting, but gotten nowhere. The Apple TV is 4th gen HD 32 GB connected via ethernet.
ETA: found a work-around. Downloaded the Global TV app on the Apple TV and we're now able to watch what we were after, no problem.
Still, it's a weird issue.
