Resolved Apple TV outage?

Previous purchases doesn't show, tried signing out and back in, and now it doesn't load the movies app. Get loading icon and then a blank white screen.

Everything is working for me. Give your modem a quick reset maybe?

Mine is working fine. You may want to try restarting the ATV.
