So let me start off by saying that I am enjoying apple tv plus as a whole. I get to access my movies that I have purchased from the app store as well as get additional content from the subscription.
I will preface this by saying that I am currently using Airplay through my phone to stream to my television which is capable of 4k with dolby vision.
When I watch movies like "It Chapter Two, Justice League, Alpha" all of which support 4K with Dolby Vision, it works perfectly and very well I might add. When I attempt to watch exclusive shows for Apple Tv Plus like "see, servant" etc. It comes in at 1080p and not 4K. Is anyone else having this issue? I have tried to reach out out to apple, but they don't seem to understand what's going on and have not been able to fix this issue.
