Resolved Apple Watch - FedEx Shipping Problems

Is this normal? We received our trade in box 4 days ago, does the 14 day counter to send back our current watch start counting when that is received or when we get the watch itself?

Anyone else experienced this?

It finally was shipped over the weekend and made it to our house today.

We had some other FedEx packages (not Apple) stuck too so I'm wondering if it isn't a larger FedEx problem.

Anyway. All good!

Sometimes I notice that Fedex scan may not always appear to be accurate. Like I shipped something back to Apple over the weekend. I dropped it off at Fedex ship and print. Normally around 3 pm Saturday is the pick up time but I'd at least expect a pick up scan around then but never did. Later did get the "Departure from facility".

I've even once got a no update but just said delivered lol. I don't like fedex tbh.

My SBTi that I ordered on 11/24/2021 got shipped and have a fedex tracking number. I hope I don't end up like this lol.
