I’ve tried rebooting both the watch and my iPhone but it says my watch is up to date.
My iPhone is on IOS 13 from the public beta programme but I wouldn’t of thought that would make a
difference.
I’ve Apple Watch series 4.
Appreciate any advice
Resolved: I had an old beta profile installed from when I was trying to get watchOS 6 on beta before realising it’s not available to the public. Once I removed this then the update showed straight away
