Hello

About two years ago I brought a used Apple Watch Series 3 for about $50 USD. The last owner told me they replaced the battery before selling it. Recently, my battery life has been terrible.

I last charged the watch at 4:30pm, wore it through the night, and now at 12:30 pm the battery charge is about 7%. I worked out for about 15 minutes today, no GPS, no cell phone service, screen mostly off. The battery health report is still 100% though.

I tried unpairing and re-pairing my watch to the phone, did a full restore, and the only watch face I use is Activity Digital.

Can I assume my battery is dying and the health report isn't correctly reporting the battery's health?

I decided to do an experiment last night. I charged the watch to 100% and wore it to sleep. When I woke up, it was about 50% charge :( Looks like it's due for a battery replacement.
