Apple Watch Ultra on Three network UK

Hi all! Does anyone have an Apple Watch ultra in the UK on the Three cellular network? I had cellular working on my series 7 but since getting the ultra it has never worked. Been having regular calls with Three who now say it’s a known issue but I’m not sure I believe them. They’ve also told me it’s apples issues at times as well and I seem to get a different story every time I talk to them. Basically I can’t setup the watch to use cellular - I get these errors every time I try (have tried restarts, resets, back to factory settings etc…).

Ask 3 to remove AWU from device list and start over the process of installing e-sim. Instead of getting the code yourself from mythree site, ask them to generate the code and give you.
