I haven't seen this mentioned here, so I just wanted to give a quick thumbs-up to the site http://www.appleopolis.com. It provides an awesome interface to web-based iPhone apps. By using appleopolis for web-based apps and Installer.app for native apps, I've got incredibly easy access to just about any application my iPhone can run. And no, I'm not affiliated with appleopolis at all- I just think it's very cool.

It is a great webapp organiser/launcher. It has new apps listed nearly everyday and it ha s a nice, clean, well-designed interface.
