Applepios Big sur Terminal password not working

Applepios Big sur the password is applepios.​

My start-up in terminal says
[applepios @applepios ~]$ applepios

bash : applepios : command not found ?​

applepios works for login
In his Terminal he has
{sudo password for applepios :
Why don,t I get the same as he has, I had the same problem with Manjaro

I bet Apple don,t like this.
