Apple's Finder "Go" in Top Menu Bar: Why Isn't It Alphabetized?

And can it be? It's not a horribly aggravating thing, but, for me, "Applications" should be at the top/the first choice. What is Apple's rationale here, for one, and is there a key combination that would allow one to change the Finder "Go" menu?

That's a good question, and it's not just the Go menu. They all seem to be random, and there doesn't seem to be a way to rearrange them. Maybe some Terminal commands could do it. (?)
