Price Advice Appropriate price for Apple IIc Plus chassis?

Note I posted in the Marketplace looking for one - but I have no idea how much would be a reasonable amount for just the chassis. One just sold on eBay for $80 shipped, which seems okay to me, but in light of all other IIc Pluses (working) being quite a bit more, was that a steal of the year I missed out on? Or would the chassis alone be worth far less than that?

Well... There was one on eBay for $35, but it disappeared, then reappeared for $100.

If the seller raised the price because of my thread - sorry, my price is now $50 shipped. With fully working ones for barely more than you're asking for an empty case, no way I'm buying it now.
