Apps crashing if not launched on boot on MBP 2011 with macOS 10.15

Hi, I am having issue with my MacBook Pro early 2011 running macOS Catalina that I installed using dosdude1 patcher. When I try to open 3rd party app (google chrome and microsoft office) it won't bounce on dock and it will crash. But If I open app right after I login it will work normally and I can close it and open it again normally, but if I restart and don't open app right after login it won't work. On macOS High Sierra and Mojave I don't have this issue. I tried reinstalling Catalina but the issue is still here. How can I fix this?
