Apps Apps for reading .epub, .pdf or RSS reading

Anybody know of any apps with which I can read epub or pdf files? Or RSS reading? Or read full news articles (All the news apps I've tried just give the first paragraph or so)?

I saw one RSS watch app suggested but it's not available here in Canada (most apps are so that was surprising/disappointing)

Do you think the Watch will be useful for reading PDF files? Even my 6+ is a little small for reading large documents.
