I noticed that apps I have previously bought or downloaded are not showing under the purchased tab on the iPhone. Only 6-7 apps are showing there.
Furthermore normally you see a cloud sign on the apps which you have downloaded before. I'm not even seeing that if I manually search for an app I have previously downloaded/bought. If I re-download a previously bought app, it doesn't charge me, but it doesn't show the cloud sign either which makes it confusing.
