AppStore get button does not work properly?

Hello,

Whenever my sister tries to download an app from the App Store on her iPhone. The GET button shrinks to show the download circle but then it goes back to the get button and doesn't download the app.

Does anyone have an idea as to why is doing that?

Has she or you tried to restart the phone to see if it helps? Does the phone have enough free space? What about trying to sign out of the App Store and sign back in? Perhaps trying it all on a different network?

She has restarted the phone but I haven't told her to log out of the App Store I'll tell her to do that to see if it helps. She uses a xs max I'll check the phone to see how much space it has left.
