I too have three apps in this situation - Skype, Bloomberg and AeroWeather Pro.

Has anyone informed Apple about this?

Skype and Stocard here. Too lazy to try uninstalling and re-installing. Has anyone tried that yet?

Doesn't work. App Store fetches the previous version, then prompts update after install. This is a backend issue.

Ebates app for me. Which, I never use on the phone. So I guess I could uninstall it, hmm.

Seems to be fixed now - no longer have the problem with my three apps, Skype, Bloomberg and Aeroweather Pro.

This was driving me crazy. The 3 apps that I had issues with are now updating correctly. Never had that issue before.

I am currently using iOS 12.1.3 on my iPhone XS Max

Since yesterday AppStore has begun to download certain app updates in a constant loop. This is only happening with two apps (Skype and Telegram Messenger) but, however many times I update them, the updates do not stick.

Other apps are updating normally.

Does anyone else have this problem?
Same for me. Skype and Telegram. Although it seems to have cured itself this morning.
