Are these the dead pixels?

Hey, i bought MacBook Pro 15" 2019 about 4 months ago. Yesterday i've noticed some purple-red dots on the screen, and i've no idea what it can be and how they have appeared. May be it was faulty when i bought it, as it didn't fall or smth like this.
I hope someone knows about this kinda issue and will give me some advice:)
