Hello -
I'm new to 'smart' technology, so please forgive if I fumble with question. I cannot assess the Control Panel when I tap the Assistive Touch home button. When I tap on it, it becomes bold and will fade to what I am used to seeing (grey) in a few minutes. When I hit it again, it becomes Bold.
Don't know what I did to cause this: what the Bold image means and how to enable to see Control Panel when I tap it. (I had used Custom Level to add Control panel.)

Thank you.

Strange, mine opens as soon as I press it. Did you try to turn off assistive touch, then turn it back on? Maybe turn off assistive touch and restart your phone, then turn it back on.

Thank you. Appreciate your input. I used Reset in Customize Top Level.
Still can't figure you why the Assistive Touch button is sometimes black, rather than it being grey?
