Carrier AT&T Prepaid - which features work with iPhone 5?

Specifically I'd like confirmation if those with the $40 or $60 plan have:

visual voicemail
facetime over cellular
LTE
MMS

Are all of these working for you? I'm on t-mobile now and would hate to give these up. Just weary of the network and would like to give ATT a try. Thanks!
