Cellular IPP is available - just not from AT&T... Is this how it usually goes.? This is the first time I've gone rogue and ordered from somewhere other than the Apple Store.

Well since LTE version supplies are probably more limited, Apple likely held onto them for themselves first.

Im about to order from Verizon, and they are 1 month out from delivery.
