Same here. And they have a $500 next up discount (not available seemingly from Apple’s order system) so that I’m paying approx $14 less a month after bill credits. Which wipes out in one year my $199 upgrade cost.

I remember ATT's website being one of the worst in the past. This year I am stunned that it opened early and there was no disappearing orders.
Having said that, I am going to check on this order several times over the next 30-60 minutes to be sure everything is in place and verified.

I don’t think it’s worth it but I did it anyways. For my wife’s phone and mine, I’ll end up paying $120 more in a year. That’s cool. I waste that in stupid stuff either way and in a week. So $120 in a year ain’t that bad.
