I am needing some help. I usually do the pre-order through the Apple Store app. Im confused this time.
I have the ATT next up for my wife and I. They are currently eligible for an upgrade. I trade in the phone every tear for the new one. But when I go on the Apple store app to pre-register, after selecting what I want (iPhone 13 Pro Max Graphite), I don’t see an option for the next up trade in. How do I go about this? I do see an option of $33.31 for 36 months but I don’t want that one. That’s with a discount and I don’t want a discount. Discount will only be applied for the whole 36 month duration. I just want the regular 24 months from ATT and paying whatever the price is.
