Since we can't control the auto-rotate of browser pages, please make sure your app looks good in both orientations.
In other words, if you see someone hardcoding the size of their pages to 320 wide, please help them out, so they don't look bad when the iPhone is released.
It is very important to try to keep all controls visible at all times, and to hold down scrolling. Phone users are quite different from desktop users. Their attention span is normally in the 10-20 second range, at most.
