iPad Audio Dynamic Range / Dialogue Enhancer?

I have some hearing issues and was recently flying. Was watching downloaded movies on an iPad using 3rd party apps like Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc. The action scenes were too loud and dialogue was sometimes hard for me to hear. Lots of TVs and sound bars have settings to limit dynamic range and/or enhance dialogue. I can't seem to find anything like that in IOS other than equalizer settings in the Music app, and that doesn't seem to have any effect on audio from 3rd party apps. Thanks.
