My partner uses a Sony voice recorder with USB output (ICDUX560) and it works well with her 2020 MacBook Pro, using an A-C dongle.
She now has a 5th gen iPad Air.
We have made no headway in finding a way for the Sony to place its audio output into the iPad Air. We plugged it into the Air, and the Sony displayed "connecting...." but that was it.
I know my way around MacOS but not PadOS, so maybe there's something obvious that I'm missing. Maybe it did in fact connect but I'm not looking for it in the right place, or there has to be some app. . . .
