I have an Australian iPhone (6+), and I am using it on Roger (Canada).
For things like visual voicemail and wifi calling to work, rogers need to register my imei to my account, something that they say they are having issues doing. One of the tech support suggested it's because my iPhone isn't from North America. Are there any Technically savy people that might know how to resolve this issue or maybe what I can tell roger how they can fix the issue to get me the ability to use VVM and wifi calling?
