So I have a few automatons set for lighting when 1st person arrives or last leaves. But I want to change settings with automation when no one is at home.

For example, lights are set 15 minutes before sunset. Then I have an automation for last person to leave "at night" to reduce some lights. But lets say no one is at home and I want to set the lights to the reduced setting because no one is home. I cannot find a switch in the automation to deal with "no one home" or "at home" by person.

For now I have to remember to manually set the away scene when I am out.

Any ideas?

I'm not following exactly but wouldn't you just need a different automation?

For example I have the living room lights come on to 70% when I get home "at night". I also have an automation to turn everything off (except the porch light) when I leave.

However I have a another automation set to turn the living room lights on to 25% at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays only if I'm not home. This is for my pet, so she doesn't have to sit in the dark while I'm out with my friends.

Is that what you are looking for?
