I'd like to have an automator script run every time I add new music to iTunes. Is it possible?

I tried using a Folder Action on the "iTunes Music" folder, but folder actions don't work on subfolders, so that won't do it.

Any other ideas?

Thanks!

Can you wrap the "add music to iTunes" stage of this into your actual action? That's how I've done things like this in the past.

Unfortunately not. The action is a reminder that needs to be triggered every time I get new music.

Great name btw : )

Ha cheers! Ah no idea then - best of luck. To be fair I just tried to fire up Automator and play with some iTunes specific modules and it was crashing hard on me so it seems Apple may have tripped up again with their Automator integration... often seems to slip there mind with new releases. Anyway - good luck!
