Just checked on my iPad 10.5 on iOS 13.3.1 and after not using it for days I looked in battery and shows dark sky app used 8hrs, 73% no screen use on a few days ok.
I double checked and I have background refresh off. So how is this so? What’s the point of disabling background refresh and it doing it anyway?
