I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 on order, set for pickup on September 22 at the Barton Creek Square Mall Apple Store in Austin, TX. Oddly, this store has been shuttered since the end of last week due to what a phone rep stated as an "Emergency." Despite fielding multiple calls to support, no rep has been able to guarantee confidently that this store will be open for business on 9/22.
My confidence in this store is dwindling, as I preordered an iPhone 15 Pro this morning and Barton Creek was listed as outright "unavailable" for order pickup.
Does anyone know what's going on at this location? Is there a reopening date known internally at this time?
