Battery Drain since 12.7.4

Since updating to 12.7.4 seems like my 2019 MBP battery is draining rapidly. If I have say 50% before bed and close lid it will be completely dead by the next afternoon. Nothing appears to be running in the background upon putting to sleep - battery health indicates normal. Battery level and on screen usages indicators are completely blank so I have no idea what's causing it. No external keyboards used - just an MX mouse. No malware/viruses found, etc. Don't remember this being an issue prior to the update?

Is there a way to check the system and see what is causing this - is this type of thing documented somewhere?
