I've noticed my battery has been draining more quickly on my MBP 2015. Anyone else seeing this? Even when the lid is closed.

First night with Mojave and not a good result. Wth Sierra I seemed to lose 3% - 6% if I left my MBPro sleeping from 6pm until 8am. Wth High Sierra that went to 6% to 10%. So at 8am I might be at 94% - 90%.

With Mojave it's down to 70%.

Very significant power drain.

High Sierra

Ouch. I thought HS was bad on battery drain. Mojave is even worse.

I did a clean install.[/QUOTE
It's clearly an issue with Mojave since I didn't do a clean install and get the drains, hopefully Apple fixes it in the upcoming update, until then there's not much we can do I guess.

One thing that helps when in sleep mode is quitting Safari. Activity monitor shows its the most hog on the system.

No difference after the NVRAM reset. Slept for 6 hours, lost 10%.

Well done Mojave.
