ehh i only have it plugged in when im using it because thats what the apple store people told me. It saves the cycle count. I have had my macbook for a month and have a cycle count of 13.

Mine does it too. It's normal. The macbook won't charge if the power is above 95%.

While in sleep mode, the battery will drop a tiny bit naturally. If you let it sit all night it will drop a few percent. Unless it's dropped below 95% during that time, it won't charge. Nothing to worry about.
