This is for those like me who tried to find a way to enable Battery Percent via the plist hack on an iPod touch 4.
Download "BatteryPercentage4iPod" via Cydia and enable it via Winterboard (both are free)
It automatically edits the .plist files for you so you dont have too, and for those who are having trouble doing it right, this will work 100%.
I just thought I would add this thread, I searched for days and days before finding the answer.
