Are there any apps where I can monitor the screen on time?

On android it was Gsam battery monitor, does ios have anything similar?

Screen on time is in built in iOS.
There are moments when I don't understand what happens in this time frame. I take the device out of the power brick, I see that it continues with the previous day's marking and iOS is decreasing the screen time on and gradually increasing again, I believe that when it reaches the previous day's minimum, I don't know.

Same issue I have,
I want the screen on time to reset after every full charge. Or Unplug
