I always find the new Top-to-Bottom sidebar atheistically annoying since it was introduced in Big Sur. They just copied the sidebar from iPad and call it a day. What a lazy design.
Now this happens: when I switch between two document tabs in a pages window, the side bar jumps between two modes: Top-to-Bottom, and Below toolbar.

Is there anybody who encountered the same issue?
