Best 3rd party browser

Hi! Not sure if this is the right forum to post it in but here goes..

I'm looking for a 3rd party browser to sync my tabs and setting with an Android phone and a MacBook pro. Safari is out of the question, I heard good stuff about Opera but maybe someone has better tip? Let me know, thanks
