Ugh.... Finally found the watch I wanted in a store 30 minutes away and ordered last night for pickup today (At&t payment plan version) This morning I got an email at 9:33am Eastern time

"Unfortunately there was an issue activating your mobile device.

Please call one of our Best Buy Mobile specialists at 1‑877‑702‑2211 (7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT) as soon as possible to help us complete your order. Please have your order number handy"

Called in and waited for 20 min and a woman told me it was probably an issue with the carrier and she would forward the same info I provided at checkout for my AT&T account with their backend mobile people then I'd receive a call later if they needed anything else or an email when it was ready to pickup. It's 1:08pm Eastern.... no emails yet. Still in progress on the site and says "you'll be able to pick up your order today, we will let you know when it's ready" Called the number again to see if there was any new information there and call times are now 30 minutes so it's possible there are several issues going on. Recorded message says "If you recieved and email about an issue with your order, technicians are aware and are working to solve the problem but this could take up to 5 days" What. The. Hell.

Is this a common thing with them?
