Best Caffine Download

I still have the ole Lion 10.7.5 still and I would like to run the caffine app becuase when I listen to Itunes while doing something else the dumb thing will shut off before I can get over and refresh so any suggestions? Also is this worth upgrading to Sierra or something else? Also Firefox 48.0.2 is no longer being updated either! Thanxs
