iPad Best Folio for Air?

I am looking for a nice folio for the iPad Air. I have an old one for iPad 3 from iLuv and it was great. I may go with another one from them unless there is a better one.

Needs:

• Zipper to keep it closed and contents contained.
• Pocket for a small notepad.
• Atleast 1 business card holder.
• Minimal, minimal, minimal!!!

Any suggestions?
