Carrier Best prepaid SIM for Dublin

Hi all. Just wondering which carrier has the fastest coverage for data in Dublin. I've used O2 in my mobile in the past on 3G and it seems fine. How is their 4G/LTE coverage good or should I look at Tesco or Three? I'm not concerned about cheapest, just fastest/most reliable. I'm not traveling around the country, sadly. Just Dublin for work.

I've never experienced fast data on any of the cellular carriers in Ireland.

I've been to Dublin twice, and I always grab wifi at the hotel or in a public spot.
