My M1 MBP 16” arrives soon!

I want to be ready to go when it arrives. Does anyone have recommendations for a stand?

I just received this one and am very happy with it:

I am using it with an MBA, but since it's adjustable, it won't have any trouble fitting an MBP.

The space gray color is note a 100% match, but close enough that I am happy with it.

Unbeatable for the price of $19.99.

But of course, this only works if you are using it in clamshell mode.

I guess it depends on how you are using it, but I'm a big fan of the Twelve South Curve. It puts your laptop at about the same height as an external monitor, so it's great for as a second monitor. It has a large space underneath that you can leave open (which makes it look like the laptop is suspended in space) or you can store a second laptop in there (which is what I do) to easily switch from a work to personal computer with a mouse/keyboard/display that support 2 inputs.

Over here
I have the Twelve South Curve, great for most laptops, also have one similar to the 2nd post above. But the nicest one for me is the Brydge Vertical stand.

I like those as well but I didn’t think they were for the new 16” MacBook Pro (just the touchbar models)?

I ended up getting the Twelve South Curve. Not the stand I was initially looking for but I think I might go from two 27" monitors to a 32" or larger. So this would give me some flexibility to have an additional screen.

After trying a couple of stands (TwelveSouth Curve and BookArc) and no stand at all, I've switched to one of those arms which a laptop tray on it which can be clamped to your desk.

Amazon Clicky

It doesn't take up any real space on my desk and it also means I can have the screen at a nice height for using alongside my external monitor. I've also just been using the inbuilt webcam and speakers for video calls, so I think after much chopping and changing with layouts, this is the one I'm going to stick with.
