Best way to move iPhone to iPhone with eSIM and cellular Apple Watch ?

Hi All

What is the best way to move iPhone to iPhone with linked Apple Watch with cellular plan with it.

I currently have a iPhone 15 Pro Max using a eSIM with EE and also I have an Ultra 2 Watch with the EE data plan with the same number as my mobile with it as well. I just picked up an iPhone 13 mini and I want to transfer it over to that iPhone whilst keeping everything intact including moving the Apple Watch over as well.

Anyone know what is the best method in doing this.
