BestBuy Upgrade+ checkout process ???

So has anyone had any success checking out online via cart with Bestbuy's Upgrade+ program ?

All approved from Citizens and all I get is a email to go my local Bestbuy and complete my purchase. Well know on at BestBuy has a clue to how to check me out.

So this morning I did the online chat and the agent told me I could add that program in checkout but I'm not seeing it.

Today I went to another Bestbuy near my work and all I can get from them is I need to contact citizens.
