Is it possible to block pop-up windows (not notifications) inside apps? I'm talking about these:

I got this app that has this annoying popup window with a welcome message that appears every single time the app launches, wondering if I can remove it. A Cydia tweak perhaps if the iTunes store or settings doesn't have anything that removes it?
