iPad Block update of one Application only through Cydia

Is there a tweak that will let me block one of the crippled apps to update. Essentially I want to hide that app from the app store. the app name is its playing v 3.7 which I had purchased. The latest version does not play all files.

It worked. You also have to install AppList to make it work. Thanks a lot.

One thing to note here is that if you block updates, it works only if you don't have automatic updates enabled. Its ok if you go to the app store and do an update all.
