Hi! Thanks to you guys, im now using wordpress for publishing my blog on my own domain.

Id like to know if blogs are like regular webpages. Does each article count as in 1 page for search engine listings?

When doing my posts, should I optimize it (keyword wise) as if it was one unique page for the SEs?

I know each page isint a different .html thats why im wondering this.

First thing I would do is enable Permalinks, which is generally more search engine friendly and then check out http://codex.wordpress.org/Search_Engine_Optimization_for_Wordpress.

If you can click on a link and end up at a page with that article on it then yes. A blog is just the same as any other site. The difference is the concept/content rather than any technical differences.

I activated permalinks with /year/article-title .

This is perfect for SEs !
