hopefully someone can provide some assistance.
I have a panasonic PV-DC252D.
I went to playback a tape and dew was detected.
After removing the tape, I noticed that the "film" was twisted.
I fixed it and placed the tape back in, with no error.
I hit playback and all I am getting is a blue screen.
The tape itself will rewind, fast forward, and even play, but yet no picture ever comes up. I am thinking it has something to do with a "video card", but
I am not sure.

Any ideas?

thanks

Try a cleaning tape then try a different tape than the one that got messed up. You might have gunked up the heads.

10-4. That is not a happy tape... I doubt you'll ever get it to play in full.
