There is a crazy bluetooth bug which a) defaults to having bluetooth on and b) breaks the status bar indicator showing you have bluetooth on, which means unless you go to your settings and then general and then bluetooth you wont notice your bluetooth being on and draining battery, this has been around and reported since the betas but still exists through the GM and to final release. i have seen it on 2 different GSM iphone 4s...
