bluetooth doesn't have much bandwidth, not sure you'd want to use it for a camera. You'll want something with wifi
As stumpy suggested, an iPhone is your only option.
It must be 2018 or newer phone (so XS, XR or newer)
your aTV must be 4k, but not the first gen
